Bedrooms need to look clean and tidy with all clutter removed. The photographs need to show the bedroom as a place to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life; a personal sanctuary, where the cares of the world can float away, or maybe a romantic hideaway for two very special people. Engage with Christopher John Photography to ensure the room looks its best and is illuminated in such a way to enhance the natural ambience of the room.
Surfaces should be dusted and polished and all medications and makeup should be tidied away. Laundry, both clean and soiled, needs to be put away. Please remember that in many bedroom shots the camera angle is such that you can see under the bed. If you need to hide things under the bed then perhaps consider quilts and eiderdowns that extend to the floor. Furthermore, hiding things under the bed sheets doesn’t work as unpleasant lumps will be visible in the photos. If you have chests of drawers then try to ensure it is possible to close the drawers.
