What a very pleasant evening! \u00a0Lance Su’a<\/a> on guitar, Miguel Fuentes<\/a> on drums and vocals by Maggie Gould<\/a>. \u00a0Quite a lovely sound and a real treat to be able to hear these talented musicians together.<\/p>\n

I’d met Lance<\/a> previously \u00a0at the Pacific Music Awards<\/a>\u00a0and then at a couple of gigs in Manukau and Ponsonby. \u00a0I’d never seen him with this trio previously and wasn’t sure what to expect. \u00a0I have to say it worked really well and was very enjoyable indeed. \u00a0Miguel Fuentes<\/a>\u00a0is perhaps better known\u00a0as a member of \u00a0KANTUTA member and as Music Educator within Auckland schools teaching percussion and drumming. \u00a0Maggie may be better known for her work as a photographer. \u00a0The three of them together though were very good indeed. \u00a0Well worth going to see if you get the chance.<\/p>\n
